Quality at Danske Konferencecentre

The concept of quality is fundamental for Danske Konferencecentre, and forms the core of all our activities. As a result, our clients can always rely on a high standard at our member centres in terms of facilities, technical equipment, service, professional insight and flexibility. Our goal is to avoid any unpleasant surprises along the way, so our secretariat staff function as qualified sparring partners - all the way from the initial planning stage until your event actually takes place.

It is not easy to become a member of our association, and to ensure observation of our high standards we have worked alongside a panel of clients to develop a range of tough quality demands with which all our members must comply.
Before being accepted as a member of our association, each centre is tested independently by the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) to ensure compliance with all our quality demands. DTI then issues a certificate to show that all Danske Konferencecentre's quality demands have been met. All our member centres are tested regularly by DTI to ensure constant compliance with quality demands.
